Solid data is essential to have a clear picture of one’s fitness. Knowing what to do with that data requires experience and intelligence.

Testing information is one piece of the puzzle; applying this to your training is another.

Training at the highest possible level can only be done with a good knowledge of overall aerobic fitness and performance potential.

These metrics aren’t just for the high-end racer. Learning about your body’s metabolic processes helps you understand and personalize both your training and nutrition, improving your performance and health.

By evaluating data taken from this test, we can also consider the potential benefits of respiration training as a means to improve performance. Respiratory training programs are also available at an additional cost.

Test results are provided via emailed PDF. This will be explained during your one-hour consultation, included in the fee.

For those of you who can’t make it to Revelstoke for in-person testing, you can perform the Inscyd protocol and have a one-hour consult with Steve to discuss your results.

You will get a full report that includes your Vo2Max, VlaMax, Critical Power, and FatMax, just to mention a few notables. It also includes some great nutrition information, personalized to you!
